ChatValhalla provides digital VIP access that is activated immediately after a successful payment.
Digital VIP Access
Purchases of ChatValhalla VIP are for digital services. VIP access begins immediately after payment and provides access to the VIP features associated with the period selected at checkout.
Because the digital service is supplied and activated immediately, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once VIP access has been activated, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
By purchasing VIP and requesting immediate activation, you expressly request that ChatValhalla begins providing the digital service immediately.
When a refund may be considered
A refund may be provided where required by applicable law or where there is a verified payment or service problem, for example:
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- Payment was completed but the purchased VIP access was not provided and we are unable to resolve the problem.
- A refund is otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
We do not normally provide refunds because a user changed their mind after VIP access was activated, did not use the VIP features, or no longer wishes to use ChatValhalla.
VIP periods
VIP Login, VIP Week and VIP Month are fixed-period digital purchases. They are not automatically renewed unless this is explicitly stated at checkout.
Account restrictions
Losing access to ChatValhalla because of a violation of our Terms, Chat Rules or safety policies does not automatically entitle a user to a refund, except where required by law.
Payment disputes
If you believe there is a problem with a payment, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We will investigate legitimate billing problems.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
